I searched for a long time for leggings and I like what I found. So I wanted a soft feel, and got that, they feel more like cotton- the term suede-like is accurate.
The fit is really good, I am a size 16-17 and I like the 2X, so I did size up from my normal 1X.
The top band is very firm, but that actually works as a good thing-for me- for holding my tummy in, which I love.
The length on me is perfect, I'm 5'4". The color is true to my art and vibrant. I've been hand washing them because that's how I roll.
Art clothes I always hand wash, but the care instructions say it's OK to machine wash. The waist is a bit low, but that is the only drawback, and I tried a dozen of these leggings before choosing this one. I am always looking for plus sizes.
For the price (free shipping factored in there) I say they are a 9.8
